Divine Speed: God’s Hand

“Then the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah [giving him supernatural strength]. He girded up his loins and outran Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel [nearly twenty miles].” ‭‭1 Kings‬ ‭18‬:‭46‬ ‭AMP‬‬

A story was told of a man of God on his way for a ministration in a church. He was the guest speaker, but on their way to the church they were stuck in a stand still traffic. He was on the journey alongside his wife and driver.

He kept looking at time, discerning it was the Devil’s scheme to keep him from attending the program. He said a word of prayer and instantly, his wife could not see him in the car anymore. The Spirit of God took him from inside the car to the venue of the program, he disappeared from the car and appeared where he was to minister and he ministered so powerfully that there was physical demonstration of the power of God during his ministration.

Now, what is Divine Speed? It is a supernatural transportation system that brings men from where they are to where they are supposed to be. Divine Speed does not just happen, men pray fervently for speed. From our text, the preceding verses made us to understand that Elijah prayed, things like these does not happen by chance.

“The hand of the Lord was upon me, and He brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones.” ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭37‬:‭1‬ ‭AMP‬‬

The best way to experience speed is when the hand of God rests on you. You just move seamlessly, no obstruction of any kind. It will be so evident that no way anyone would be able to explain it than to say it is not natural, it is divine.

Some are still stuck in a stage in their lives, no progress, no improvement, just the same disappointment, disapproval from people who are supposed to help them. If in any area of your life, that there has not been progress for a long time, and you are still stuck in that position in life, I decree that the hand of God carry you now to your destiny, where God has purposed for you in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Say; Father, let your hand rest upon me for divine speed in Jesus name. In all the places that I am supposed to be in life but I am still lagging behind, I receive supernatural speed to recover and overtake in Jesus name. Amen.
