Jonah 4:1 NLT
This change of plans greatly upset Jonah, and he became very angry.

Jonah was a very interesting prophet in the bible. God sent him with a message to Nineveh, he absconded to Tarshish. God brought him back to Nineveh through a fish by mercy just so that he can deliver God’s message to them.

He delivered God’s message to the people of Nineveh, they repented and God had mercy.

You will be thinking Jonah will be happy, you will be thinking he will be celebrating the Lord and giving thanks. Jonah was such a successful evangelist that he preached and the entire city repented, yet he was angry.

Jonah was angry that God showed mercy. Jonah was more interested in being an accurate prophet than in saving people.

Jonah was more interested in being a labour prefect than in being an evangelist.

The ministry that God has handed over to us have a single motive to get men saved!

Please do not be like Jonah that wanted condemnation instead of mercy.

Preach to the lost
Pray for the lost
Get them saved!

Till we arrive at the point of the full manifestation of what God has said concerning us, we will continue to share some of these things as we journey.
