Effective Management.

“This is the account of the heavens and the earth after they were created. At the time Yahweh-God created earth and heaven, there was yet no vegetation, grains of the field, or shrubs sprouting on the earth, for there was no one to cultivate the land, and Yahweh-God had not yet sent rain.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭TPT‬‬

You would agree with me that we are all managers in a charge of managing at least one thing which is yourself and many other things with exception to few who for medical reasons or any other reasons can not.

Whatever you are given to manage is not yours. This means you are just a caretaker. I mentioned earlier that you manage yourself, your body, it is not yours, because you have to give account for every little and big things you do.

Again, you would agree with me that God is not a waster. From our text, God did not send rain to the earth because there was no one to cultivate the land. There was no manager.

If you are reading this, I can boldly tell you, you are a manager, first of your life. You might be tempted to think that it is nothing, it should not count, but it is everything.

Many destinies have been cut short because of poor management of health, poor management of finance and resources, poor management of relationships, even to poor management of their spiritual life.

If the little you have been entrusted with to manage, you fail at it, that is the end, you will not get anything else talkless of more. Remember the rich man that entrusted funds to his servants in Matthew 25:14-30, the one who did not do anything with the little given to him did not get anything else.

You are fixated on your colleagues and friends doing exploits and making it in destiny, but the little one God gave to you, nothing good came out of it and you say God is not being kind to you, whereas, you are the one without the capacity to manage effectively what He gave to you.

Build and train yourself to manage effectively all that God has committed to you. God would not do the work of management for you after providing you with what to manage.

God sacks people from His organisation if you are not delivering and He is still just. Some people would miss heaven, yes, because of poor management just like the servant that was given a talent and did not make use of it profitably.

Action Point.

Study, read books and learn management from those who have succeeded in your field be it ministry, marriage, finance, health, relationships and so on.
