“Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:18-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The Day of the Lord is fast approaching and it has come, even now. Child of God, do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit?

The Spirit of the Living God dwells in your body, you are a host of His Spirit. Darkness cannot live where light is, you cannot be living, working and acting darkness and expect the Light (Jesus) to shine brighter in you, NO.

The works of the flesh is darkness and the works of the Spirit is Light. You as the host of the temple of the Holy Spirit, it is your responsibility to work what pleases Him.

Only a host can tell when it’s time for his visitor to leave. You carry that much power and the choice to choose if you want the Holy Spirit to live and grow in you.

Every other sin a man commits is outside the man’s body but sexual immorality which includes all sexual activities outside marriage is a sin against his own body. This kind of sin frustrate out of your life the Holy Spirit of God.

It is your choice to stop the activities of sexual immoralities, God cannot make you stop, your Pastor cannot make you stop.
God will only help and guide you if you want to stop.

No doubt the sin is pleasurable, but ask yourself to what extent, what will the outcome be, and does it not end in regret?

If Jesus is really your Lord as you profess, should he not be the one in total control of your body and you just carrying out His will on Earth through your body?

What shall it profit you to have the whole pleasure in sin and end your life in regrets and destruction?

God is waiting for you to accept Him as your LORD (having total control over your life and body), and see how beautiful and enviable He will make your life be.

PRAYER

Say; JESUS, today I make the choice to accept you as my LORD, having total control over my life, body, soul and spirit.
Help me and give me the strength not to yield to sexual immorality in Jesus name. Amen.
