Fulfilling your God-given destiny requires recognizing your divine purpose, pursuing wisdom, and walking faithfully with God through seasons of preparation.

Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.”

Purpose is not created; it is discovered in God. The reason a lot of believers struggle is because we are finding purpose outside God.

Gifts are spiritual: Everything that an unbeliever can do without the help of the Holy Spirit is a talent, not a spiritual gift. Spiritual gifts help a believer in his work with God, while a man’s talent can bring him before kings.

Destiny is God’s predetermined purpose for your life. You can see this in Jeremiah 1:5. But note that destiny is a promise, not an end. The choices you make are the compass that determines whether you get there or not.

Father Abraham was given a promise. He walked with God, and the promise became a fulfillment. Today, we can all say that we are sons of Abraham.

So also was Samson given a purpose, but his choices and decisions led to his death alongside his enemies. I pray that this will not be our portion, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

My Father and my God, I receive the strength to follow as You lead me, so that I may fulfill my purpose here on earth, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
