Genesis 41:39-40 NKJV
Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Inasmuch as God has shown you all this, there is no one as discerning and wise as you. [40] You shall be over my house, and all my people shall be ruled according to your word; only in regard to the throne will I be greater than you.”

In our world today, we are surrounded by many people who are gifted, skilled, graced and anointed and yet they do not really know how to convert what is in them to influence their life on the outside.

Joseph was one man like that. Joseph was skilled in dreaming, yet he had no tangible evidence to show. He was mocked for dreaming because nothing came out of it

He was sold as a slave and later went on to spend fourteen years in a royal prison.

A day came when the king had a problem. A problem that was beyond the wisdom of the wise men. One that was beyond the skill of the magician. The king Had a dream that nobody could understand and he sent for Joseph.

Joseph did not just give him the meaning of the dream, by wisdom he explained the way out of that problem.

Sir, until you understand your vision to the point that you can explain it without a rehearsal you have not yet mastered it.

The king knew there was no point appointing any other person, let the one that understands the vision go ahead and execute it. This was how he left prison without negotiating.

There is something that can rest on it, when you work on it, it takes you out of the prison.

There is something that rests on man that takes them out of penury and poverty

There is something that rests on men that defeats anything they call racism.

Joseph was a foreigner, he was a slave, he was a prisoner, yet, he became the second in command in the whole of Egypt.

The change this morning to you is to, understand your vision. Know how to communicate your vision, know how to market your vision.

Some of you will need to get to your boss with blueprints. There are heights you will never get to if you are dependent on routine promotion. There are levels you break into when that spirit of God enters your life.

Desire it
Understand it
Market it

Men rise in life because they never took these things for granted

Till we arrive at the point of the full manifestation of what God has said concerning us, we will continue to share some of these things as we journey.
