John 14:6 NLT

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”

Child of God, I began a teaching on Wednesday, and I’d like to round it off today.

This morning, I want to speak to us—believers who teach and claim to act like Jesus is the way.

I have a few questions for us:

How can you teach and act like Jesus is the way, yet still gossip, fornicate, hold grudges, turn brothers against brothers, turn sisters against sisters, and do all sorts of things Jesus Christ would never do?

Whether you agree with me or not, many believers are only believers by what they say. This is a wake-up call—because one day, you might not find the mercy of God.

You claim to love Jesus.

You claim to teach that Jesus is the way. You even chastise others and call them out. But you are a product of the very things you condemn.

Jesus is sending me to you this morning. He says, “When will you truly follow Me?”

Ushers, Sunday School teachers, choristers, sanitation team, protocol members, ministers of the Word, evangelists, apostles—do you truly follow Jesus, the Way?

Does Jesus truly know you—or are you just an actor in a script written by the devil?

There is still time. Right now, you can repent.

Let me close with this:

Child of God, Jesus Christ does not understand unforgiveness. No, sir, He doesn’t. I know the offense hurt you. I know you’re still healing. But please, sir—forgive. Do what your Jesus would do.

Child of God, whatever it is that threatens to steal your salvation—let it go, for the sake of Jesus.

This is God’s word for us today.
