And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. Jesus- The Christ goes to the cross He had two neighbors on the cross of calvary. A thief by the left and another thief by the right. Two people had the same opportunity to enter into the kingdom of God by mercy. Only one got to heaven! The first thief couldn’t see tomorrow and threw a challenge at Jesus to save himself and them. He had a proud disposition and was silently mocking the power of Jesus.The second thief knew that Jesus had to die for scripture to be fulfilled, he also knew that Jesus had a glory after his crucifixion and had the keys to heaven. He knew that after the cross, Jesus goes to reign! He believed in the person and authority of Jesus! Cleverly, he asked, remember me!Some of your friends, after their present crises they are entering into glory! If you can’t identify with them in crises, it is almost impossible to share in the glory. Even Jesus did not Save the first thief from heaven! The Word, “Remember” is powerful. Yes sir. Even kings remember.God would always bring you to a destiny partner and helper, most times you don’t maximize that opportunity because you think they don’t have the capacity to help you. This was the error of the first thief, he underrated and berated Jesus. He didn’t know that the crucified bleeding Jesus was still JESUS Not every relevant man has the disposition, charisma and aura you are looking for. Once you miss an opportunity, it would take the mercy of God to redeem the wasted years of your life. Don’t let familiarity make you dishonor and rubbish people. Treat everybody well. A day old crowned prince is also a king in the making. It would be a disaster when you start seeing some of your friends making the news, doing very well and you never benefited from them because your relationship with them meant nothing to you. Don’t let the limitations of men stop you from walking, learning and growing with them. In the name of Jesus, the wasted years of your life is recovered by mercy!As God sends quality men your way, receive the spirit of discernment to see their latter days!
