Good morning, children of God!

It is a season of love—God’s love, love for the brethren, love for our parents, love for the world at large, and love for the body of Christ.

One of the most important things you should do today, and something God will approve of, is saying thank you. No matter how much we have accomplished or how far God has brought us, we must take time—especially on days like this—to express gratitude to the special people in our lives.

As lovers of Christ, let us also extend grace and forgiveness to those who have hurt or offended us. Show that you are a child of God, even without saying a word, by choosing to forgive.

The Bible says, “For God so loved the world…” (John 3:16), which means if God can show love, then you can too!

• Send that text.

• Make that call.

• Say “thank you”—it won’t hurt.

• Give a token of appreciation.

• Say a word of prayer for someone.

• Show Jesus through your actions.

May God bless us all in Jesus’ name.
