Genesis 41:33-36 AMPC
[33] So now let Pharaoh seek out and provide a man discreet, understanding, proficient, and wise and set him over the land of Egypt [as governor].

[34] Let Pharaoh do this; then let him select and appoint officers over the land, and take one-fifth [of the produce] of the [whole] land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years [year by year].

[35] And let them gather all the food of these good years that are coming and lay up grain under the direction and authority of Pharaoh, and let them retain food [in fortified granaries] in the cities.

[36] And that food shall be put in store for the country against the seven years of hunger and famine that are to come upon the land of Egypt, so that the land may not be ruined and cut off by the famine.

It was the interpretation of dreams that got Joseph to the palace, but it was his solving problem skill that secured a seat for him at the palace.

Joseph saw the problem, Joseph understood the problem but yet, he still knew how to solve that problem.

There are many that are very good at identifying problems, they are professional critcs, they know how to spot everything that is going wrong, they know how to mock everybody doing wrong, yet, if you put them at positions of leadership, they increase the problem.

The spirit of God revealed the meaning of the dream and that same spirit gave him the administrative wisdom to know how to solve that problem.

Nobody celebrates a critic, the world only celebrates problem solvers.

Identifying problems can take you to the corridors of power but it is solving problems that takes you to the position of power.

You may not need to be at the palace to solve problems, it starts with speaking to your line manager, team lead, head of department, general manager, managing director and other levels of leaders over you.

Provide creative solutions to established problems, provide disruptive solutions, this is actually how to become valuable in life.

You can get noticed because you SEE but the world will come to you because you SOLVE!

This is one thing that stands men out!

Till we arrive at the point of the full manifestation of what God has said concerning us, we will continue to share some of these things as we journey.
