The Economy of God’s Kingdom (Fathers)

“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.” Exodus 20:12 NKJV

Good morning everyone! I will be starting a series with us today, and all through the month of October, titled “The Economy of God’s Kingdom.” Sit tight, let’s journey together, and you will be blessed forever in Jesus’ mighty name.

Child of God, many of us call ourselves believers, but we do not know the economy of God’s kingdom—let alone understand how it works or its functionality.

The Economy of God’s Kingdom (Fathers). Let me start with this word of knowledge: The journey will be long, difficult, and sometimes even unachievable for you if you do not have a father in this kingdom.

I have heard believers say: “I do not want to look like a baby. I do not want to rely on anyone. I do not want to ask questions. I want God to tell me everything by Himself.”

Child of God, allow me to inform you—you are on a pathway to failing without recovery.

The scripture today says: “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.”

Hear me, sir. It means:

1. There is a land God wants to give you in this kingdom, but I tell you, if you do not have a father, He might never give it to you.

2. How do you honor a father in this kingdom when you don’t have one to honor?

Child of God, no matter how much you can pray, teach, or do anything—if you do not have a father in this kingdom, there are things, access, and relationships that God will never give to you. NEVER!

The question is: at the end of the day, who can God hold responsible for you? This economy of God is not working as it should for you because you do not have the requisite knowledge for it. It does not end with being a child of God—there are protocols. There is more.

Many of us have understood this in the economy of God’s kingdom, and that is why we triumph.

Some of us only share pictures with those who should genuinely father us. I was having a conversation with one of my covenant brothers (Somto), and he said something I will quote: “If the only thing you have from the GS is a good picture, you are foolish.”

Child of God, in the economy of God’s kingdom, there are protocols and principles. You may be a good believer, but without this understanding, many things may never work for you.

Now you see that it goes beyond just praying. It goes beyond simply showing yourself as a believer.

I will do one or two more teachings on fathers before we continue this series, but let me round off with this: There are protocols that God Himself highly regards, and He will not do anything for you outside that template.

Child of God:

• Do you have a father?

• Who is your father?

• Do you honor your father?

Happy weekend!
