Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

The temptation story of Jesus is a story in scripture that every believer is encouraged to read. The wisdom with which Jesus responded to the temptations can give us victory over temptations in our contemporary world.

One of the reasons that made Jesus overcome temptation was that he was not unsure of his identity or who he was. Despite debates about his divinity, he was fully persuaded that He Is God. He was fully aware of his identity as God!

Satan was nodging him to fall down and be picked up by angels, his response proved that he was not ignorant of who he was.

There are many trials you will overcome if you know who you are. You will become too big to engage in immorality at all levels if you understand who you are and who you are in Christ.

A man that falls to sin is a man that has chosen to reduce himself. If a king cannot do it in public, he is a slave in secret when he does it.

You are too graced and anointed to do the biddings of the devil.

Know your place!
Know who you are!
