The mind of a man is like an endless Ocean, the more you engage it, the more it produces for you. The problem with some believers is that, they are too lazy to think and engage their minds.

Through imaginations, things are created and birthed to life. Truly, everything that has been created by mankind: skyscrapers, cars, computers, buildings, cups, cotton buds, music and even things immaterial such as concepts and philosophies all began in the mind of someone before they became reality.

The human imagination is not only a great gift of God; it is also an aspect of the image of God. The mind is incredibly powerful, and sometimes we forget just how much our thoughts control our actions.

If we’re not careful, we can let our thoughts enslave us. God warns us not to trust in the world’s philosophies, especially when they contradict His Word.

“We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭5‬ ‭TPT‬‬

We’re now in the age of spiritual warfare, and the battle between good and evil is for control of our minds. However, we have the upper hand when we let the Spirit of God direct our thoughts, which now is a choice we have to make.

Please note this, the Spirit of God can only direct and guide your thoughts when you feed more on the things of the Spirit, because, the things you input in into your mind like movies, radio presentations, music, pictures and even advices or criticisms or commendations from other people and so on, are what your mind would process on.

The mind is constantly at war between good and evil and due to our human nature, evil would seem to always prevail even in the life of a believer, which is why you have to enforce and insist that every thoughts in disobedience to God comply and bow in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER

Say; Father, I demolish every fantasy that opposes You in my mind, and I capture every thought and insist that they bow in obedience to the name of Jesus Christ.
