Genesis 14:14 EASY
Abram understood that the kings had caught his nephew. So he called 318 men to come together. These men had been born in Abram’s camp and they knew how to fight. Abram took his men with him. They went to attack the men who had caught Lot. They went as far as Dan.

Abraham had received the promise of being a father of nations. He did not just receive that word and went to sleep. He started learning how to take responsibility.

His nephew, Lot had been seized and Abraham together with the men of battle he was teaming rose up to fight for the freedom of his nephew.

Now, understand that Lot was not his son, Lot was not his brother, Lot was his nephew, yet he still showed him extraordinary kindness.

Abraham went as far as putting his life on the line to make sure his nephew gained his freedom.

God will never entrust nations to you if you do not make the problems of those around you your own problem.

God will never entrust nations to you if you cannot go an extra mile for the next person.

God will not entrust nations to you if you do not have the capacity to fight for your family members.

The reason why you are asking God to promote you and it still looks like God is not interested is because you have not proven capacity to lead. You are still stuck with the mindset of ” to your tent oh Israel ” this is why you are still stuck in a tent!

God will not make you supervise the concerns of people when you still have the mindset of ” nothing concerns me “

Abraham was not just fighting for Lot, he was telling God that he had capacity to defend those that are under his supervision.

The way of Faith is in acting!
The way of faith is taking responsibility!
The way of faith is building capacity!

This is how God sees competent leadership!

This is the way of victory!
