“So we say with confidence, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?’” Hebrews 13:6 (NIV)

We started a series together on the wisdom of God, and today we are looking at CONFIDENTLY BELIEVING.

If you look at the scripture today, you can attest to the fact that it takes the wisdom of God through confidence to speak and affirm those words.

One of my brothers, Somto, would always profess with confidence, saying, “My name is Somto, and I cannot be poor.” He says that and many other things. That’s proof of the wisdom of God through confidence at work in him. HE KNOWS.

If you wait only for the anointing and do not affirm and speak, you will still fail. Get confident about your Jesus, child of God. He simply can never fail.

The present reality that I walk in is the I KNOW reality. I mean, irrespective of times and seasons, or even through difficulty, I KNOW AND I AM CONFIDENT.

This is why when many say they don’t know what awaits them in the future and are scared of the unknown, some of us, by the wisdom of God through confidence, say WE ARE CONFIDENT, WE ARE REST ASSURED THAT EMMANUEL, GOD, IS WITH US.

A music minister once sang, “I live a life of favor, I know who I am.” It further says, “Take a look at me, I am a wonder, and it does not matter what you see now.” Asha, it does not matter what you see now or who you see now. Don’t let the clothes you wear now or your present situation deceive you. You are a great structure in the making. Some of you are great companies on the rise. So, it takes the wisdom of God through confidence to profess this reality.

I think now some of us can begin to understand that when some people say, I CAN NEVER BE BROKE, I CAN NEVER BE STRANDED IN DESTINY, it’s not a statement of pride. It is a statement by the wisdom of God.

How many of us are ready this morning, by the wisdom of God, to confidently profess and affirm MORE?
