The Wisdom of God (Service)

“Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ dirty feet and dry them with his towel.” John 13:5 TPT

We continue the series on the wisdom of God today as we look at SERVICE.

I would start today’s teaching by saying: THERE CAN BE NO DEFINITION OF A SUCCESSFUL LIFE THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE SERVICE TO OTHERS.

Anyone who must go far in life and remain relevant, especially in the kingdom work, must have the wisdom of God to serve.

It is difficult to help anyone who does not have the wisdom of God to serve because, even if they are helped in the long run, I tell you by knowledge and experience that lacking the wisdom to serve ultimately calls them out and destroys everything.

You know why many people can be boldly referred to and called upon in the days of opportunities and success? It is because they have consistently expressed the wisdom of God to genuinely serve and serve others.

We claim to love Jesus, yet many of us find it difficult to do what Jesus Himself did. This is because we lack the wisdom of God to serve. Today, especially on social media, there are many wrong narratives about service. People say all sorts of things, like that you should not serve under anyone, any minister of God, or even a church.

I come to tell you this morning: if you listen to those things, you are on a path NEVER TO FULFILL DESTINY AND NEVER TO BECOME GREAT.

Every great man of God you see today has served and still serves. They have the wisdom of God, and believe me when I say that service is a never-ending assignment. So, if you are not ready to serve and do not have the wisdom of God to serve, you are truly not ready to live a meaningful life at all.

I am charging us this morning: if we must achieve anything as believers and in our everyday lives, we need the wisdom of God to serve.

Good Morning.
