You Are A Speaking Being.

“Receive this truth: Whatever you forbid on earth will be considered forbidden in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be considered released in heaven.”  Matthew 18:18 TPT

Dominion is exercised through speaking. You do not just keep your mouth shut on matters of your destiny. God made you a speaking being, so whatever you want, you speak it to life. Whatever you do not want, you also speak into destruction.

There was an event that happened to one of my brothers on his way back from church. He boarded a bus home, and it was quite a distant journey. Just after they left, he realized the passenger close to him was a drunk, talkative man who was rudely speaking nonstop to everyone.

The brother, being tired from a long day, whispered a word of prayer that the man be mute until he reached his destination. In less than ten seconds, the man did not utter a word, to the shock of everyone in the bus. His phone rang four times, and he just stared at it. Kai!

When the brother got to his stop and alighted, he was about to collect his change when the same man suddenly voiced out and asked, “What happened to me that I’ve been quiet all this time?” The brother just laughed and went his way.

If you do not activate your voice in heaven, you will live this life as a casualty. Many situations remain unchanged because you have refused to speak over them. Child of God, wake up, open your mouth, and start speaking over your destiny.

You will be frustrated in life if you do not speak. God made you a speaking being—you should not stop speaking unless you are satisfied with the way your life is.

Speak life to what is dead in your life.

Speak total destruction to what is operating in your life against the purpose of God.

You will eventually become what you say.

Pray: I speak peace over every turbulent situation in my life. I speak the favor of God over my life everywhere I turn, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
